Boarding fees are charged at a "daily rate" including day of arrival and departure. All prices inclusive of heating and food.

Deposits, cancellations, returing early and Xmas

  • A £20 per cat retainer deposit is required on booking, this is non-redundable should you need to cancel without providing 14 days notice.
  • Returning to pick-up early will result in the whole period of booking being charged.

    • Pick-up / delivery service

    We also offer a pick-up and delivery service for a fee of £7.00 per trip (within 8 miles of the cattery). This can provide additional flexibility as we can discuss the best time of day (during our opening hours) to suit you.
